6th Annual Maryland International Education Day
The Maryland International Education Consortium, MIEC, will hold its 6th annual event celebrating this day as Maryland International Education Day, officially proclaimed by Maryland Governor, Wes Moore. This year we are proud to highlight current and former international and study abroad students and the myriad ways their global perspectives and contributions in international education help to advance Maryland.
Maryland International Education Day: A Celebration of Student Voices will feature a keynote address by Maryland Acting Secretary of Higher Education, Dr. Sanjay Rai, a reading of the Governor’s Proclamation by Deputy Secretary Michael Lore, and a dynamic panel of international and study abroad students.
